It's The Pope at Yankee Stadium

The pope didn't drive by today but I did watch a lot of the coverage of his visit to Ground Zero and Yankee Stadium. I have to say the whole day was exciting and impressive. Pope Benedict did a very good job putting a friendly face to the Catholic Church. I think he succeeded in helping to repair the image of the Church in America. The day long festivities at Yankee Stadium were surprisingly enjoyable to watch and the Mass was good too. I was also happy when it got warm and sunny just in time after a cloudy and ominous morning.
